The Finca
Four fincas, one estate, three hundred days of sun.
Cuatre Finques began as a cluster of old farmhouses on a hillside above the Xaló Valley. We restored them slowly, keeping the stone, the beams and the quiet — and opened the doors to groups who want the place to themselves.
The Story
Restored, not renovated.
The name means "four fincas" — four small farmhouses that grew together over a century of almond and olive harvests. When we found them, the roofs were tired and the terraces overgrown, but the bones were beautiful.
We kept what the valley had built: thick stone walls, old doors, terracotta floors worn smooth. Then we added the things a group actually needs — good beds, real bathrooms, a kitchen that can cook for twenty — without sanding away the character.
Today the estate sleeps up to eighteen across nine rooms, with spaces for yoga, long dinners, workshops and doing absolutely nothing.

The Courtyard
The heart of the estate — a long stone table under the pergola where breakfast stretches into lunch and nobody checks the time.

Whites, woods and soft light. A room built for slow mornings, long conversations and evenings with a glass of local wine.

Stone-walled terraces of olive, almond and citrus step down the hillside around the finca — the landscape that feeds the kitchen.

Cuatre Finques isn't a hotel group or a booking platform. It's our home, and the people you email are the people who greet you at the gate.
We live on the valley, cook from its markets, walk its trails and know which bodega to visit on which afternoon. That local knowledge is part of every stay.

The Valley
Xaló, the Vall de Pop and the mountains beyond.
The finca sits above Xaló, a working Spanish village twenty minutes inland from the Costa Blanca coast. Vineyards, almond groves and honey-coloured mountains in every direction — and almost no noise at all.
Alicante airport is just over an hour away. The coast, the climbing crags and a dozen hilltop villages are all within easy reach.
The Table
Everything important here happens around a table.
Food with a sense of place — cooked from the valley's markets, the estate's own olive oil, and whatever the season is doing. Long, unhurried and shared.
